摘 要
CIMS工程、CE工程等先进制造模式，刘产晶发汁制造过枰中的信
息集成提出了更高的要求。基于PDM集成环境下的CAPP可以‘jCAD、
生产汁划与凋度等功能系统实现有效集成，保征数据的完整、统 、
流畅、共享，从而适虚企_t规划的要求。
本CAPP系统采用面向对象技术建立工艺信息模型，并对CAPP系统
与PDM集成的实现等方面的关键技术进行了研究，主要内容包括：
1．研究和构建基于PDM的集成化CAPP系统的体系结构、功能模
型和信息模型。
2．分析基于PDM的工艺信息化关键技术：工艺设计与工艺管理的
一体化，工艺的信息化、集成化；建立了相关的工艺信息模型。
3．研究PDM环境下的产品结构与配置管理技术，构建BOM管理器。
4．探讨PDM平台下的工作流与过程管理。
6．探讨了本系统的实现方案及相关技术。
