本次设计题目为粗镗活塞销孔专用机床及夹具设计。本文主要介绍零件所用夹具以及加工零件所用专用机床的设计过程并提供具体的设计参数。本文主要分为三部分，第一部分为绪论部分，主要对夹具以及专用机床进行简要的介绍；第二部分为概述部分，本部分主要是对设计对象即零件进行具体分析；第三部分为具体设计部分，本部分为本文的重点，本部分主要展示各个参数的计算过程以及部分结构的设计原理，具体为机床动力选择，机床刀具及相关参数计算，夹具设计计算，机床液压滑台设计计算，组合机床联系尺寸的确定等。本文只对组合机

床的联系尺寸进行计算设计，对于具体结构不进行设计。
