住宅小区物业管理系统的设计与实现 摘要 本次设计的住宅小区物业管理系统，它是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)。它主要包括建立后台数据库和前台用户端应用程序的开发两个方面。在系统开发过程中使用的是C#作为开发工具，而SQL server 2008作为后台数据库。本系统主要实现了：用户操作管理、住户信息管理、房产信息管理、物业费管理、住户故障管理。 本文通过系统和相关技术概述、系统需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细设计与实现，阐述了住宅小区物业管理系统的开发过程。本系统具有界面简单易用、功能实用性强等特点，实现了各模块的增加、删除、查询、处理等物业信息管理。系统运行结果证明，本系统能够满足小区工作人员以及管理员的工作需要。 关键字：物业管理，数据库，C#，SQL server Residential district property management system design and implementation Abstract The design of residential area property management system, it is a typical application of managing information system (MIS).
