120万吨冷轧车间设计及板形控制技术的应用 摘 要 关键词: ABSTRACT This thesis is the plant design of a cold-rolled steel strip plant with annual capacity of 1.2million tons. The typical product is 08AL steel, 0.7×1500 mm. The designed products included the cold rolled steel sheet, the cold-rolled wide flat steel coil, the cold-rolled ribbon steel coil so on. The main equipments of the design are the latest ones in cold-strip rolling, which included: shallow-tank hydrochloric acid pickling unit, the entire continuous annealing unit and the entire hydrogen hood-type furnace, skin-pass unit, slitting and shearing line and so on. The design made the products scheme and the metal balance, designed the rolling schedule for the typical product, and calculated the rolling force ,checked the rolling mills production capacity, calculated the technical and economic indexes. A layout drawing for the designed plant was accomplished. In the special topic of this thesis, there is also the technology of sheet shape control was applied in Anshan Iron and steel company.
