This system uses MyEclipse8.5 development, database modeling using Power Designer development, back-end database using MySQL. The main functions of the system to achieve the user information registration, registered user to publish, modify, delete the rental, sale, rent, buy housing information and the background administrator of the registered users of information management, inventory information management, the administrator can also on their own personal information, password modification. The system adopts MVC mode, the system is developed using Jquery and Ajax technology, the realization of the friendly user interaction with the system.
