中原工学院经济管理学院毕业论文 PAGE  PAGE 32 企业信息化关键成功因素分析 摘要：信息化是人类社会进步和经济发展具有至关重要的作用，是信息技术在社会生活和国民经济各方面各领域的全面应用和深入渗透。 企业实施信息化的成功率极低已经是不争的事实，其信息化的成败直接关系到企业能否在激烈的竞争中生存与发展，也关系到国家经济能否持续、健康、稳定地发展,因此具有现实的研究意义。文章首先介绍了企业信息化的基本原理和他的管理思想然后分析企业实施信息化的必要性。从而进一步论证了企业实施信息化存在的问题及其主要的成功因素。然后具体提出实施信息化的主要成功因素。 论文通过基础知识的介绍和学习分析了一个企业信息化成功的关键因素，值得企业从这些方面着手，尤其是中小型企业。希望文章有一定的实用性。 关键词：信息化 企业信息化 关键 成功因素 ERP The analysis for the key successful factors of enterprise informationlization Abstract：informationlization has much important influence to the progress of society and development of economy, while informationlization is the all-round application and deep infiltration of information technology in every field of??social life and national economy. The fact is that the successful rate of enterprise informationlization system in the enterprises is very low. To us the state-owned enterprise is one of the most important components in countrys economy. So it is significant to study how to implement informationlization successfully in the enterprises. At the first， the basic principle and the management thoughts of enterprise informationlization introduced firstly，and then I analyze the necessity of implementing enterprise informationlization system in enterprises. Thus puts forward the countermeasures to raise the successful rate of implementing informationlization system in enterprise。 The paper analyzes the successful factors of enterprise informationlization across to study these knowledge. I think this paper will help some enterprise, particularly those common enterprises.
