精品论文 参考文献 整体护理对胃部分切除术后老年患者生存质量的影响 朱海兰 　　（解放军总医院南楼 100039） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨整体护理，尤其是早期康复护理对胃部分切除术后老年患者生存质量的影响。方法：选择我院老年病房消化科，行胃部分切除术后患者24例，将患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组各12例。对照组胃部分切除术后患者给予常规护理；观察组患者给予以心理康复、肢体康复、饮食康复和康复教育为主要内容的早期的康复护理。两组患者均在术后7天测量体重并记录，并通过心理调查问卷的方式了解患者的心理状况；患者出院后再进行随访，在患者术后6个月，测量患者的体重，再次通过心理调查问卷的方式了解患者的心理状况。记录两组患者术后6个月体重变化情况，并分析患者的心理状况，比较两组患者6个月的生活质量。结果：观察组的12例胃部分切除患者术后胃肠功能均能恢复，有效控制术后并发症的发生。6个月后体重的增加明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0．05)。结论： 早期的康复护理，密切的临床观察，针对性的提前预防，对胃部分切除术后老年患者的生活质量有明显的提高，效果显著，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 整体护理；胃部分切除术；生存质量； 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0139-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: to study the overall care, especially early rehabilitation nursing on the influence of the stomach after resection of elderly patients quality of life. Methods: our hospital geriatric ward digestive department, 24 patients with stomach after resection, patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, 12 cases in each group. The control group after gastric resection patients given routine care; Observation group patients give to psychological, physical rehabilitation, and rehabilitation of diet education as the main content of early rehabilitation nursing.
