精品论文 参考文献 整体护理对躁狂症治疗依从性的影响分析 湖南省脑科医院 410007 【摘 要】目的：分析整体护理对躁狂症治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取2015年10月到2016年7月到我院就诊的躁狂症患者90例作为研究样本，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例患者，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取整体护理。护理后，对比两组患者依从率和护理满意度。结果：护理后观察组的依从率为93.3%远高于对照组77.8%，差异显著（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义；护理后观察组护理满意度为95.6%远高于对照组82.2%，差异显著（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：整体护理对躁狂症治疗依从性的影响作用显著，提高了患者的依存性，提高了护理满意度，值得在临床工作中大力推广应用。 【关键词】整体护理；躁狂症；依从性 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the effect of holistic nursing on the treatment compliance of mania. Methods：from October 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital 90 cases of patients with mania as the research sample，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，45 patients in each group，the control group received routine nursing care，observation group adopt a holistic nursing care after.，compared two groups of patients with dependence and nursing satisfaction rate. Results：the observation group after nursing dependency rate was 93.3% higher than that of the control group was 77.8%，significant difference（Plt;0.05），with statistical significance after nursing；nursing satisfaction of observation group was much higher than 95.6% The control group was 82.2%，significant difference（Plt;0.05），with statistical significance. Conclusion：the effect of holistic nursing on the treatment compliance of mania significantly，improve the dependence of patients，improve nursing satisfaction，it is worth promoting in clinical work. [Key words] holistic nursing；mania；dependence 躁狂症：一种以显著而持久的情感高涨为主要特征的一组疾病，主要的临床表现是心境高涨，兴奋话多和易激惹，具有发病率高、复发率高等特点，由于临床上该类患者主要依赖药物治疗，患者长期服药会出现不同程度的不良反应，导致其复发率高的一个最主要的原因是由于患者因难以忍受长期服药而自行中断治疗，因此如何提高躁狂症患者的治疗依从性便是临床上亟待解决的问题。本文就整体护理对躁狂症治疗依从性的影响做了进一步分析研究。具体内容如下： 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2015年10月到2016年7月到我院就诊的躁狂症患者90例作为研究样本，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例患者，所有患者均符合躁狂症的临床诊断标准。对照组有男性患者23例，女性患者22例，年龄22-57岁，平均年龄（39.5plusmn;1.9）岁，病程2-14年，平均病程（8plusmn;3.6）年；观察组有男性患者25例，女性患者20例，年龄22-57岁，平均年龄（39.5plusmn;2.1）岁，病程2-15年，平均病程（8.5plusmn;3.6）年。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等一般资料上比较无明显差异（Pl
