（题目）：“营改增”对企业的影响分析

摘要：随着时代的发展与经济的进步,经济已逐渐成为国家发展的一个重要性决定因素。营改增政策根据我国经济的发展进行的一项重要的税收制度改革措施，改革的主要目的通过对税收结构的改革来激发我国的经济发展活力，深化财税体制改革、推进经济结构调整和产业转型升级。本文首先对营改增的背景进行分析，然后对比了营业税与增值税的差异性，阐述营改增的概念与改革的必要性。目前影视业是日常娱乐中非常重要的组成部分，影视业的发展还很大程度上推动了我国的文化软实力发展，同时还可以更好地带动其他产业发展，对推进我国产业结构的升级转型具有重要作用。本文通过对华谊兄弟目前的营改增实施成效进行分析，深入了解我国影视业的发展，并对影视业以及其他行业未来的营改增政策实施及发展工作提供参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofthetimesandeconomicprogress,economyhasgraduallybecomeanimportantdeterminantofnationaldevelopment.TheimplementationofthepolicyisanimportanttaxsystemreformmeasureformulatedbytherelevantdepartmentsoftheStateCouncilinthelightofthecurrenteconomicdevelopmentsituationinChina.ThemainpurposeofthissystemistostimulatethevitalityofChinaseconomicdevelopmentthroughthereformoftaxstructure,deepenthereformoffiscalandtaxationsystem,promotetheadjustmentofeconomicstructureandindustrialtransformationandupgrading.Inthecurrenteconomicdevelopmentsituation,theresidentsofourcountryhavebasicallyachievedmaterialsatisfaction,andthespiritualandeducationalneedsaregraduallyincreasing.Atpresent,filmandtelevisionindustryisaveryimportantpartofdailyentertainment.Theseindustriesgreatlyenrichpeoplesspirituallife.ThedevelopmentoffilmandtelevisionindustryalsogreatlypromotesthedevelopmentofculturalsoftpowerinChina.Atthesametime,itcanbetterpromotethedevelopmentofotherindustriesandplayanimportantroleinpromotingtheupgradingandtransformationofChinasindustr
