题目：PCB板制作过程质量影响关键性分析

摘要：PCB版又被称为印制电路板，作为各类电子设备中主要的组装单元，同时也是电子设备各项功能、性能实现的重要指标。同时，随着信息化技术的不断发展，电子设备也日趋朝向智能化、小型化转变，所需要的印制电路板尺寸也在不断缩小，这样就造成PCB版的生产工艺更加复杂，对于PCB版的质量要求也更高。因此，PCB版质量如何，将直接影响到设备的质量与可靠性。PCB质量控制的重点是制作过程质量的控制，而PCB版质量控制过程所涉及的环节众多，所以开展对PCB版制作过程质量影响因素的关键性分析，对于提高PCB版质量、优化PCB版制作过程具有一定的理论参考意义和现实发展意义。

Title:KeyanalysisofqualityinfluenceofPCBplatemakingprocess

Abstract：PCBversionisalsoknownasprintedcircuitboard,asthemainassemblyunitofvariouselectronicequipment,butalsoanimportantindicatoroftherealizationofthefunctionsandperformanceofelectronicequipment.Atthesametime,withthecontinuousdevelopmentofinformationtechnology,electronicequipmentisbecomingincreasinglyintelligentandminiaturized,andthesizeofprintedcircuitboardrequiredisconstantlyshrinking.Asaresult,theproductionprocessofPCBversionismorecomplexandthequalityrequirementsforPCBversionarehigher.Therefore,PCBversionquality,willdirectlyaffectthequalityandreliabilityofequipment.ThefocusofPCBqualitycontrolisthequalitycontroloftheproductionprocess,andthequalitycontrolprocessofPCBversioninvolvesmanylinks,sothekeyanalysisofthefactorsinfluencingthequalityofthePCBversionproductionprocesshascertaintheoreticalreferencesignificanceandpracticaldevelopmentsignificanceforimprovingthequalityofPCBversionandoptimizingtheproductionprocessofPCBversion.
