分段式花生联合收获机摘果与清选部分的设计 本文设计了分段式花生联合收获机的摘果及清选部分。该部分主要由螺旋输送器逐稿器、凹板筛、摘果滚筒、振动筛、清选风机等零部件组成。它主要的工作过程是:花生通过输送装置喂入到高速转动的摘果滚筒进行摘果作业,经摘果后花生荚果经凹板筛落入到逐稿器,在清选风机、振动筛和的联合作用下对花生进行清选,经过清选的花生荚果落入到螺旋输送器被输送到机体的一侧,最后进入集果箱。文中主要分析了摘果及清选装置的工作原理,计算了部分零部件的结构尺寸,并且确定了他们的转速和功率,论述了其工作过程。 关键词:摘果装置;清选装置;联合收获机 Design of the Segmented Peanuts United Harvest Machine Stripping and Cleaning Parts Abstract This paper has designed and researched the stripping and cleaning parts of the segmented peanuts united harvest machine. The stripping and cleaning equipment are consist of picking roll,escapegrid,rack,air blower, vibratory screen, crew conveyor and so on. Its mainly working process is that: the unpicked peanuts are conveyed to the picking roller which is highly running up through transport equipment, and then are delivered to the rock through the holes of the escape grid, the picked peanuts are classified by the united work of rack,vibratory screen and air blower. The peanuts which are classified are conveyed to the gather equipment by the running of crew conveyor. The working principle and structure of the stripping and cleaning parts have been analyzed in this paper, and it also calculates the structure size, speed and needed power of some important parts, and the stripping and cleaning parts` mainly working process and the corresponding theoretical analyses also can be read in this paper.
