废旧塑料回收造粒机温度控制系统设计 摘 要 随着我国塑料工业的发展,塑料制品在社会生产和生活中都得到了广泛应用。在塑料制品量不断增长的情况下,废旧塑料也随之增加,对环境和资源的影响日渐突出。回收、处理、再利用废旧塑料已成为全球关注的问题,因此废旧塑料回收技术具有重大的现实意义。本课题就废旧塑料回收造粒机温度控制系统进行研究。首先通过分析塑料造粒机的工艺流程,提出温度控制方案。温度控制是通过温度传感器来测量每个区的温度,通过PLC的输出控制固态继电器通断,从而驱动每个加热区的加热器来达到其设定温度。然后对控制系统进行硬件和软件的设计,硬件部分详细分析各个设备的选型和硬件的总体配置,软件部分介绍本控制系统程序结构,详细分析了控制系统的程序实现流程,最后运用Step7 V4.0编程软件进行PLC梯形图程序编写。 关键词:废旧塑料, 造粒机,PLC,温度控制,编程 DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM OF WASTE PLASTIC RECYCLING GRANULATOR ABSTRACT With the development of the plastic industry, plastic products are widely used in social production and life. Growing in plastic products consumption, waste plastic has increased the impact on the environment and resources become increasingly prominent. Recycling, processing, re-use of waste plastics has become a global concern, therefore the waste plastic recycling technology is of great realistic significance. This paper studied on the recycling of waste plastic granulating machine temperature control system. Firstly, through the analysis of plastic granulator process, the temperature control scheme. Temperature control is to measure each area by the temperature of the temperature sensor, through the PLC output to control the on-off of solid-state relay, the heater to drive each heating zone to reach its set temperature. Then design hardware and software of the control system, the overall configuration and hardware part of the detailed analysis of each equipment, software part introduces the program structure of the control system, the control system program flow analysis in detail, finally using Step7 V4.0 programming software for PLC ladder diagram programming.
