电子产品中潮湿敏感性元器件的处理方法

摘要：据统计，因为潮湿敏感元器件而导致电子产品失效的比例达到了15%的惊人数字。本文从潮湿敏感元器件的等级，标示和湿度记录卡大概的介绍了潮湿敏感器件的存储，以及从这些数据上初步了解潮湿敏感元器件。从潮湿对液晶，其他电子器件，成品电子器件，集成电路这些的危害证明潮湿对湿敏元器件的危害。简述了温湿度对潮湿敏感元器件的危害。潮湿的防潮方法可以选择一个合适的防潮柜，可以使用烘烤器将它烘干，文中有正针对的介绍了相关的使用方法，防潮可以使用的密封法法并且简略介绍了。讨论了塑料封装对潮湿敏感元器件的意义与将来发发展的可能性，并简略的述说了塑料封装的步骤。

Abstract:?According?tostatistics,?the?failure?rate?of?electronic?products?caused?by?humid?sensitive?components?has?reached?an?alarming?figure?of?15%.?In?this?paper,?the?storage?of?humidity?sensitive?components?and?the?preliminary?understanding?of?humidity?sensitive?components?from?these?data?are?briefly?introduced?in?terms?of?the?grade,?labeling?and?humidity?recording?card?of?humidity?sensitive?components.?The?hazards?of?humidity?to?liquid?crystal,?other?electronic?devices,?finished?electronic?devices?and?integrated?circuits?prove?the?hazards?of?humidity?to?humidity?sensitive?components.?The?harm?of?temperature?and?humidity?to?humidity?sensitive?components?is?briefly?described.?Moisture?moistureproof?method?can?choose?a?suitable?moistureproof?cabinet,?it?can?be?dried?with?a?baker.?This?article?has?a?positive?introduction?of?the?relevant?use?methods,?moistureproof?can?use?the?sealing?method?and?a?brief?introduction.?The?significance?of?plastic?packaging?for?humidity?sensitive?components?and?the?possibility?of?its?future?development?are?discussed.?The?steps?of?plastic?packaging?are?briefly?described.
