题目：电子产品SMT制造过程中的静电防护设计

摘要：静电在SMT制造行业中常常造成电子电器产品运行不稳定，甚至损坏。随着SMT行业的发展，产生大量对静电防护的要求很高的电子器件，所以ESD防护措施显得尤为重要。

本文先通过探究静电的防护目的，介绍了静电对电子元器件的危害性，说明为什么要进行静电防护，以及防护的基本步骤和注意事项。再逐步从静电源分析，了解静电的特性，产生的原因，放电的原理，以及放电时对电子元器件的作用过程，放电后对电子元器件产生的危害，列出可实行的静电防治方法。接着通过对静电产生最多的人体进行研究，提出一系列人体静电预防和消除的方法。然后对ESD的防护和测试器件做了介绍，完善所需的静电防治。最后从整个车间的生产、运输、存储所处的环境分析，列出了最有效的防治静电的措施。

Abstract:StaticelectricityinSMTmanufacturingindustryoftencausesunstableoperationofelectronicandelectronicproducts,evendamage.WiththedevelopmentofSMTindustry,alargenumberofelectronicdeviceswithhighrequirementsforelectrostaticprotectionareproduced,soESDprotectionmeasuresareparticularlyimportant.In?this?paper,?the?purpose?of?electrostatic?protection?is?first?explored,?the?harm?of?electrostatic?to?electronic?components?is?introduced,?and?the?reasonof?electrostatic?protection?is?explained.?Then?through?the?study?of?the?human?body?that?produces?the?most?static?electricity,?a?series?of?methods?for?the?prevention?and?elimination?of?human?static?electricity?are?put?forward.?Then?the?ESD?protection?and?test?devices?are?introduced?to?perfect?the?required?electrostatic?control.?Finally,?the?most?effective?measures?to?prevent?and?control?static?electricity?are?listed?based?on?the?analysis?of?the?environment?in?which?the?whole?workshop?is?produced,?transported?and?stored.
