(题目)：TFT-LCD液晶面板的主要制造技术分析

摘要：TFTLCD显示屏是电子行业当中常用的电子显示屏设备，TFTLCD显示屏对比普通的显示设备有着显示效果更加细腻刷新频率更高的优点，电子元器件较以前已经很普及了，因为科技的进步使得制造这些物品的成本更低，且质量也有了很大的提高。就拿液晶显示器来说，该产品已经逐渐走进了千家万户，液晶屏的图像质量越来越高。但人们的生活水平提高的同时对这些电子物品的要求越来越严格，决定TFTLCD显示屏的显示效果的主要参数包括了显示亮度、可视视角、显示均匀性、显示清晰度等主要显示参数，除此之外使用能耗和能效以及使用寿命也是TFTLCD显示屏的重要参数指标，本课题中主要设计内容包括对TFTLCD显示屏的制作流程和制作工艺说明以及检验流程如何实现TFTLCD显示屏的产品瑕疵，从而提高TFTLCD显示屏的合格率。

Title:LCDpanelmanufacturingandmaintenance

Abstract:TFTLCDdisplayscreenisacommonelectronicdisplaydeviceintheelectronicindustry.Comparedwithordinarydisplaydevices,TFTLCDdisplayscreenhastheadvantagesofmoredelicatedisplayeffectandhigherrefreshfrequency.Electroniccomponentsaremorepopularthanbefore,becausetheprogressofscienceandtechnologymakesthecostofmanufacturingtheseitemslower,andthequalityhasalsobeengreatlyimproved.TakeLCDasanexample,theproducthasgraduallyenteredthousandsofhouseholds,LCDscreenimagequalityisgettinghigherandhigher.Butwiththeimprovementofpeopleslivingstandard,therequirementsfortheseelectronicitemsaremoreandmorestringent.ThemainparametersthatdeterminethedisplayeffectofTFTLCDdisplayscreenincludedisplaybrightness,visualangle,displayuniformity,displayclarityandothermaindisplayparameters.Inaddition,energyconsumption,efficiencyandservicelifearealsoimportantparametersofTFTLCDdisplayscreen.ThedesigncontentincludestheproductionprocessandprocessdescriptionofTFTLCDdisplayscreen,andhowtorealizetheproductdefectofTFTLCDdisplayscreenbytheinspectionprocess,soastoimprovethequalifiedrateofTFTL
