TCL65X8的散热器的加工工艺研究

摘要：在本论文中就一款新品电视机的散热器零件进行加工工艺研究。TCL65X8

的散热器是该型电视中重要的部件，用于整机的散热，对设备的运行工况影响

极大。其其结构由于加工精度较高，整体刚性较差，加工时容易发现变形。在

生产过程中，如何解决刚性不足零件的位置精度，其意义重大，传统加工手段

在加工中对位置精度的保证能力不足，使得加工达不到要求。设计专用于薄壁

零件加工的工艺装备，则可以有效保地确保位置精度，从而提高设备的质量，

延长异型的使用寿命。

本设计中，完成对TCL65X8的散热器加工工艺指定，设计使用专用工艺装

备，解决异型零件的安装工艺，有效地确保位置精度，从而提高设备的质量，

延长TCL65X8的散热器的使用寿命。

StudyonProcessingTechnologyofTCL65X8Radiator

Absrtact:Inthispaper,theprocessingtechnologyofradiator

partsofanewTVsetisstudied.TheradiatorofTCL65X8isanimportant

partoftheTVset.Itisusedtoheatthewholesetandhasagreat

influenceontheoperatingconditionsoftheequipment.Becauseofits

highprocessingaccuracyandpooroverallrigidity.Thetraditional

processingmethodshaveinsufficientabilitytoguaranteetheposition

accuracyintheprocessing,whichmakestheprocessingcannotmeetthe

requirements.Designingprocessequipmentspeciallyforthin-walled

partscaneffectivelyensurepositionaccuracy,thusimprovingthe

qualityofequipmenttheservicelifeofspecial-shapedparts.

Inthisdesign,theprocessspecificationofTCL65X8radiatoris

completed,specialprocessequipmentisdesignedandusedtosolvethe

installationprocessofspecial-shapedparts,therebyimprovingthe

qualityofequipmentandprolongingtheservicelifeofTCL65X8

radiator.
