长春汽车工业高等专科学校 继续教育学院 毕业论文(设计) 中文题目: 典型零件的数控加工 毕业专业: 机械加工 学生姓名: 准考证号: 指导教师: 二零一五 年 八月 摘要 数控加工工艺的实际是对工件进行数控加工的前期工艺的准备工作,它必须在程序编制工作以前完成,因为只有工艺设计方案确定以后,程序才能有依据。数控机床虽然自动化程度高,但自适应性差,它不能像通用机床在加工时可以根据加工过程中出现的问题比较自由地进行调整,即使现代数控机床在自适应调整方面做出了不少努力与改进,但自由度也不大。所以,数控加工工艺的设计必须注意加工过程中的每一个细节,其设计的好坏,直接影响数控加工的质量、效益以及程序编制的效率,它是数控加工中的重要环节。 在比较数控车床加工工艺与传统加工工艺的基础上 ,对数控车床加工工艺中的关键问题进行了深入分析 ,总结了数控车床的工艺设计方法。通过实例 ,证明了正确地进行数控车床加工工艺分析与设计有助于提高零件加工质量和生产效率。 【关键字】 数控加工工艺;车削加工工艺;工艺设计;工艺分析;数控编程 【Abstract】 The numerical control processing craft is actually carries on the numerical control processing to the work piece the preliminary craft preparatory work, it must in the programming work before completed, because after only then technological design plan determination, the procedure could have the basis.
