（题目）：物料盘的吸塑设计与制作

摘要：随着电子产品越来越复杂，需要的零件自然越来越多，一般电子产品，如手机,MP3,GP等半成品或成品产品都需要使用大量的FPC板。FPC即为柔性印制线路板，是用柔性的绝缘基材制成的印制电路板，具有许多硬性印制电路板不具备的优点，它的配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄、弯折性好。因此在生产制作方面以及出货方面都需使用吸塑盘进行承载以及包装作用。吸塑盘也叫托盘（tray）主要是用来包装产品，防止在生产或运输过程中受到外力或外界环境的影响。在生产过程中，吸塑盘也可以起到保护FPC的作用。本文主要首先介绍了吸塑的工艺流程；接着阐述了各个种类tray盘设计、使用方法；分析了Tray不足及改进方法，最后概述了Tray盘的使用规范及保存方法。

Title:DesignandManufactureofMaterialPlatePlasticAbsorption

Abstract:Withtheincreasingcomplexityofelectronicproducts,moreandmorepartsareneeded.AlargenumberofFPCboardsareneededingeneralelectronicproducts,suchasmobilephones,MP3,GPandothersemi-finishedorfinishedproducts.FPCisaflexibleprintedcircuitboard,whichismadeofflexibleinsulatingsubstrates.Ithasmanyadvantagesthathardprintedcircuitboardsdonothave.Ithashighwiringdensity,lightweight,thinthicknessandgoodflexibility.Therefore,itisnecessarytouseplasticsuctiondiscforcarryingandpackaginginproductionandshipment.Plasticsuctiontrays,alsoknownastrays,aremainlyusedforpackagingproductstopreventexternalforcesorenvironmentaleffectsduringproductionortransportation.Intheproductionprocess,thesuctiontraycanalsoplayaroleinprotectingFPC.Thispaperintroducestheprocessofsuctionmoldingfirst.Thenthedesignandusemethodsofvarioustraydiscsaredescribed.ThispaperanalyzestheshortageandimprovementofTray,andfinallysummarizestheusagespecificationandpreservationmethodofTraydisk.
