题目：电子产品中的散热结构设计

摘要：在电子产品的进步和更新换代过程中,电子器件的设计愈发的精密和复杂,但是依然要求电子产品具备一定的散热结构,为保证电子产品在给定的条件下能可靠地完成预期工作，对其进行有效的散热设计，控制元器件的工作温度十分必要。本文结合所学知识或实习经历，在简要介绍电子产品结构设计中常见的散热结构设计的基础上，任选典型产品，分析在该产品中使用相关散热结构的原因、相关设计细节以及达成的设计目标。通过完成本课题将所学知识学以致用，并为后续工作打好基础。

Title:DesignofHeatDissipationStructureinElectronicProducts

Abstract:Intheprocessoftheprogressandrenewalofelectronicproducts,thedesignofelectronicdevicesisbecomingmoreandmorepreciseandcomplex,butitstillrequiresthatelectronicproductshaveacertainheatdissipationstructure.Inordertoensurethatelectronicproductscanreliablycompletetheexpectedworkundergivenconditions,itisnecessarytodesigneffectiveheatdissipationandcontroltheworkingtemperatureofcomponents.Basedontheknowledgeorpracticeexperience,thispaperbrieflyintroducesthecommonheatdissipationstructuredesigninthedesignofelectronicproducts,choosestypicalproducts,andanalysesthereasonsforusingtherelevantheatdissipationstructureinthisproduct,therelevantdesigndetailsandthedesignobjectivesachieved.Throughthecompletionofthistopic,theknowledgelearnedwillbeapplied,andlayagoodfoundationforthefollow-upwork.
