比亚迪F3轿车制动系统设计 摘要: 关键词: The Design Of Braking System Of The BYD F3 car Type Of Car Abstract In recent years, the development of chinese automobile industry is very rapid, the car retains the quantity also increases continuously, the attendant is the high accident rate, therefore the safety of cars has become more important for the automotive industry development , and the automobile brake system is the most important guarantee driving safety. The paper introduces the BYD F3 car brake system design exploration. First introduce the automobile brake system design significance, development situation, structure, classification, and then to the braking system demonstration program and choice, including brake type scheme analysis, brake drive mechanism of the organization form selection, hydraulic shunting system form selection and hydraulic brake master cylinder design, the final determination by double circuit hydraulic front disc and rear drum brakes. In addition, also known under automobile related parameters, obtained by calculating the main parameters before and after the brake, braking torque distribution coefficient, braking torque and braking force and the hydraulic brake drive mechanism parameters. The braking performance is analyzed in detail.
