有机柑橘种植中五种溃疡病防治药剂作用评价 摘要:通过田间药效试验筛选防治柑橘溃疡病(xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri)的有效有机药剂,以清水为对照,工农-16型背负手摇喷雾器喷雾,以咪鲜·松、代森铵和叶青双作比较,对比研究了硫酸铜钙、噻菌铜、四霉素、春雷霉素与王铜混配剂、水胆矾和两水硫酸钙结合体等5种杀菌剂对柑橘溃疡病的防治效果。结果表明,硫酸铜钙、噻菌铜防治效果较好,与咪鲜·松相当,四霉素、春雷霉素与王铜混配剂(加瑞农)、水胆矾和二水硫酸钙结合体防治效果较差,低于代森铵和叶青双;首次对上述药剂的抗雨水能力进行了评价,结果表明,加瑞农、咪鲜·松抗雨水能力最强,其次是硫酸铜钙、水胆矾和两水硫酸钙结合体,噻菌铜、四霉素效果较差,代森铵、叶青双最差。试验中各处理均无药害产生。 关键词:有机杀菌剂;柑橘溃疡病(xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri);防治效果 effects of five bactericides for controlling xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri in organic citrus orchard zhang lai-li1,xian jia-xu2,wu dong2,he yong2,mao run-qian3 (1. south china botanical garden, chinese academy of sciences, guangzhou 510650,china; 2. lucky team biotech development(hepu) co.,ltd., hepu 536100,guangxi,china; 3. institute of entomology in guangzhou, guangzhou 510260, china) abstract: compared with prochloraz·copper rosin, ambam, bismerthlazol and water,the effects of copper calcium sulphate, thiodiazole-copper,tetramycin,kasugamycin and copperoxychloride mixture,bordeaux mixture for controlling xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri in organic citrus orchard were studied to filter out effective organic medicament by 16 worker carrying hand-type sprayer. the results showed that copper calcium sulphate and thiodiazole-copper had good effects corresponding to prochloraz·copper rosin. tetramycin, kasugamycin and copperoxychloride mixture,bordeaux mixture came the second and were worse than ambam and bismerthlazol. it was the first time to assess the ability against washing from rainfall of the above medicament. among the eight medicaments,kasugamycin-copperoxychloride mixture and prochloraz·copper rosin were the best; copper calcium sulphate and bordeaux mixture came the second. each treatments in the process of trials didn’t produce phytotoxicity. key words: organic bactericide; citrus canker; control effect 柑橘溃疡病(xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri,简称xac)是严重危害柑橘生产的检疫性病害,被世界许多柑橘生产国列为严禁传入的检疫性有害生物[1,2]。溃疡病是由一种杆状细菌引起的病害,病菌在植物组织上越冬,靠风、雨、昆虫和枝叶交接从伤口、气孔和皮孔等处浸入而近距离传播
