齐齐哈尔工程学院毕业设计(论文) 汽车制动器设计 汽车制动器设计 摘要 制动器是制动系统的重要组成部分,本论文主要介绍了制动器设计。从盘式和鼓式制动器的结构与性能对比入手,考虑到盘式制动器制动效能更好,且尺寸和质量都相对较小,散热性能好,且所设计商务车的发动机转矩和功率较大,车速较高,整体性能较好,属于中高档车,故本设计前后轮均选用了浮盘式制动器。 基本结构选定后本论文对制动器展开了以下设计。第一制动系的参数:包括制动力分配系数、同步附着系数、制动强度、附着系数利用率以及最大制动力矩等参数的选择计算;第二制动器及其零部件:制动盘、制动钳体、摩擦衬块等制动器零部件的尺寸计算与材料选择;第三驻车制动:本设计选用了后轮驻车制动,在后轮盘式制动器上加装了驻车制动的机械结构;第四制动驱动机构:制动轮缸、制动主缸、以及踏板行程的设计计算。 关键词:制动器,盘式制动器,机械结构,制动力 Abstract Brakes are an important part of the braking system, this paper introduces the brake design. Starting from the structure and performance comparison disc and drum brakes, disc brakes braking efficiency taking into account the better, and the size and quality are relatively small, good thermal performance, and the design of commercial vehicle engine torque and power than the large, higher speed, better overall performance, are in high-end cars, so the design front and rear wheels are made of a floating disc brakes. The basic structure of the present paper is selected after the brake started following design. Parameters of the first brake system include: braking force distribution coefficient, synchronization adhesion coefficient, brake strength, adhesion coefficient utilization, and selecting the maximum braking torque parameters of computation; the second brake parts and components: brake disc system sizing and material selection caliper body, the friction pads and other brake parts; thirdly Parking brake: This design uses a rear parking brake, rear disc brakes installed on the parking brake mechanical structure; fourth brake drive mechanism: brake wheel cylinders, brake master cylinder, and the pedal stroke design calculations.
