摘 要
本毕业设计主要包括三个部分,第一部分是杭州地铁1号线滨江站~富春路站区间隧道结构设计;第二部分是杭州地铁1号线滨江站~富春路站区间隧道施工组织设计;第三部分是专题部分,题目是:基坑围护结构设计方法研究。
在第一部分中,根据隧道的地层条件,水文地质条件及周边环境,通过施工方案的比选,确定采用泥水平衡盾构进行施工,并使用单层平板型钢筋混凝土管片作为衬砌结构。本文对管片进行了结构和配筋计算,并进行了相应的接缝张开量和抗浮验算。
第二部分是隧道段施工组织设计,根据工程的水文地质条件和周边环境,对施工的前期准备工作和场地布置进行了规划,并对施工中的关键工序的控制方案以及隧道的开挖与支护方案进行了设计,且编制了项目进度以及质量,安全和环境的控制措施。
第三部分是专题部分,题目是基坑围护结构设计方法研究。本论文结合深基坑工程实例,通过采用不同方法对其进行了支撑内力计算,通过其相应的支护理论计算模式进行分析其安全性和稳定性是否满足实际工程的需要,既要考虑其安全储备量,又要考虑所设计的围护结构截面尺寸或配筋是否已达到理想状态,同时还要控制基坑的变形量不超过规范要求的范围。

ABSTRACT
This graduation design mainly includes three part, the first part is the structure design of the Hangzhou metro line No.1 from Binjiang station to Fuchun road station; The second part is the design of tunnel construction organization of the Hangzhou metro line No.1 from Binjiang station to Fuchun road statio,The third part is study on the design method of the retaining structure of foundation pit.
In the first part, according to the geological conditions, the hydrology geology conditions and surrounding environment of the tunnel located, through the choice of the construction program, determined using slurry balance shield for construction, and using a single-layer flat-type reinforced concrete segment as the lining structure. This paper analyzes the structure and reinforcement calculation of the segment, and the anti-floating checking and the splaying amount of joints checking are made.
The second part is the tunnel construction organization design, according to the hydrogeological conditions and the environment circumstance of the tunnel round, the preparation before the construction, construction site layout is planed, and designing the tunnel excavation and support programs and the control scheme of the key processes of construction. The project schedule and the control measures of quality, safety and environmental are made.
