践行科学发展观 促进企业和谐发展 王海涛 2012年4月21日践行科学发展观 促进企业和谐发展 王海涛（新兴铸管股份有限公司焦化厂） 摘 要：科学发展观第一要义是发展，核心是以人为本，基本要求是全面协调可持续性，根本方法是统筹兼顾。本文首先从科学发展观，第一要务是发展；建立并完善企业制度，加强企业管理，实行岗位操作标准化、制度标准化；抓住机遇，不断进行结构调整，不断开拓市场三个方面对新兴铸管焦化厂坚持科学发展观，提高企业竞争力进行了论述。 发展是永恒的主题，和谐是人类发展亘古不变的目标，企业应该坚持科学发展观，聚精会神搞建设，一心一意谋发展，提高企业的核心竞争力，同时要围绕构建和谐企业，提高企业文化建设、打造与环境和谐相处的企业、与社会和谐发展的企业，全面提高企业的凝聚力。和谐内涵的本质是共同发展，只有关系和谐，才能实现共同发展。 关键词：科学发展观 以人为本 和谐发展 企业文化 Practicing the scientific outlook on development promote the harmonious development of enterprises Abstract: Scientific Outlook on development the first meaning is development, core is people-oriented, comprehensive coordination and sustainable development is the basic requirement, and overall consideration as its fundamental approach. Development is the eternal theme, harmony is the eternal goal of human development, the enterprise should stick to the scientific outlook on development, concentrate its attention on construction, undivided attention to seek development, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, at the same time to focus on building a harmonious enterprise, strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, building enterprise get along with environment harmony, building enterprise get along with society harmony , comprehensive increase the cohesion of the enterprise.
