The ramming technology and the mold are in the entire process key, the ramming mold the project analysis may effective enhance the product the quality, reduces the product the waste, reduces the processing cycle, prevents the product the corrugation and the dehiscence phenomenon. The ramming formation in the automobile manufacture is one kind of very important technique of manufacture, but the automobile cover uses the ramming to become mostly, its die making cycle affects automobiles production cost as well as the new product development cycle. Through the CAE software of finite element analysis of Dynaform -- of automotive trim and the analysis of the components and process optimization is becoming more and more popular, this thesis is through the CAE software for auto parts within the Dynaform -- the igs document analysis plank.
