摘 要 本次毕业设计为文理学院行政楼设计，位于济南市，拟建建筑总面积为3370平方米，总高度14.7米。该地区设防烈度为六度，采用框架结构，满足抗震和防火要求，必要时可作为紧急避难所使用。该建筑充分运用了框架结构平面布置灵活多变的优点，使建筑平、立面富有空间变化。整个设计流程包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分，建筑设计包括：确定平面，立面，剖面图等设计内容。结构设计部分包括：结构布置及计算简图的确定，竖向荷载的计算，地震及其水平风荷载的计算，并进行相应的内力组合，对柱，梁进行配筋,最后进行基础设计。整个设计过程理论联系实际，充分运用了大学四年所学的专业理论知识，使个人的知识和理论水平得到了很大的提高。同时培养了学生综合分析、独立工作和解决问题的能力，以及踏实、细致、严格、认真、吃苦耐劳的工作作风，为毕业后的工作打下了坚实的基础。 关键词：框架结构，内力组合，配筋 Abstract This Graduating design is of Jinan liberal arts college administration building, with 3370square meters of proposed building area, total height of 14.7 meters. The area fortification intensity is seven degrees, adopts the frame structure, meets seismic and fire protection requirements, if necessary, it can be used as an emergency shelter. The building also use flexible advantage of frames layout, and its graphic design makes the building shape, rich in space changes. The entire design process includes architectural design and structure design two parts, architecture design includes: determine the plane, elevation, section design, such as content. Structure design part includes: the structure arrangement and the determination of calculation diagram, the calculation of vertical load, earthquake and horizontal wind load calculation, and the corresponding internal force combination, finally, the column, beam reinforcement, etc. The entire design process which is of theory with practice, makes full use of the major theoretical knowledge, in the University for four years and makes our personal knowledge and theory level has been greatly improved. The gradution design trains our comprehensive analysis, independent and problem solving skills as well as practical, detailed, strict, serious, hard-working style which is necessary in our work after graduation laid a solid foundation.
