摘 要
本文研究的内容是西安XX研究院办公楼设计。通过建筑设计和结构设计,验证工程的可行性及满足各项功能的使用要求,是反映工程可行性以及技术经济指标的综合性资料。
本工程设计结合地方地质及水文气候条件,依据各设计规范,使设计结果既符合设计标准,又满足使用要求,经济合理性。
本工程为拟建多层办公楼,主楼标高22.65 m总建筑面积5344m2,本建筑防火等级二级,抗震设防烈度8度。工程结构设计采用框架结构,结构设计按纵横向框架承重分析。设计包括结构部分、楼梯、基础等。根据任务书定出各层平面图及平面布置,在进行构件截面估算和荷载计算后,选取一榀框架进行计算,计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算;地震作用下梁端柱端弯矩、剪力的计算;楼梯配筋计算。在手算后,还使用CAD、Word、Excel等工具进行电脑输入,并对手算的结构进行了分析和检查。
最后依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,绘制结构施工图和建筑施工图,写出相应的设计说明以及结构设计计算书

Abstract
The contents of this paper is the apartment of Xi an XX research institute.
