摘 要
本设计为三跨的装配式预应力空心板桥,桥上的空间为2×3.5+2×0.5m,桥的跨径为8米,桥下空间为7.8米。板桥设计时对空心板尺寸的大小和构造形式进行筛选,还要进行相关荷载作用承载力的验算。对要使用的预应力钢筋的多少进行估算以及相关的布置,并且在对其进行相关的验算复核,直到其满足对桥梁的技术规范要求装配式预应力空心板桥的设计步奏可分为:一,设计装配式预应力空心板桥时考虑桥的跨度为8米,总跨度24米,板数为8块,板高62cm,宽度99cm长度796cm。根据具体尺寸计算空心板的受弯,抗剪等。二,桥面设计时还要考虑到各种受力,同时用到杠杆原理法、效截面法或偏心压力法等方法,同时要验证桥面结构的稳定,合理性。还要对桥梁的正常使用状态下的截面抗裂性进行验算。对桥梁的相关变形产生的挠度进行计算。对桥梁的截面在持久状态下的相关预应力计算和复核。三,装配式预应力空心板桥的设计,分为桥台、桥墩、桥瑁等结构的设计计算。同时考虑盖梁的计算,桥墩的设计采用桩柱式,桥墩的基础采用钻孔灌注桩且是双柱式桥墩。桥墩的相关计算对桥墩的钻孔桩的荷载、桩长进行计算。对桥墩的桩的内力进行计算。对桥墩的的墩顶的进行水平位移的纵向的计算和复核。
