（一）机械特性测试项目、周期、标准及方法

1.测试项目及标准

（1）道岔外部检查

①道岔密贴检查：检查尖轨与基本轨、心轨与翼轨应达到静态宏观密贴。道岔锁闭后，用

塞尺插入检查尖轨尖端至第一牵引点处允许有≤0.5mm的间隙，其余部分允许有≤1mm间

隙。

②用1mm塞尺插入检查尖轨轨腰与顶铁间隙＜1mm。

③道岔爬行检查：查看标尺，尖轨爬行≤20mm。

④吊板检查：用1mm塞尺能插入尖轨底部，说明该处吊板；尖轨吊板不能连续超过3块。

⑤销轴旷动量检查：通过塞尺检查连接面的磨痕来判断，表示杆销孔旷量≤0.5mm，其他

销孔旷量≤1mm。

⑥油管检查：油管、油管防护槽钢及主副机连接处所无油迹，油管弯曲半径≥150mm，油

管无较大龟裂，防护槽钢固定良好，油管出口处有防磨措施。

(1)Externalinspectionofturnout

①Inspectionofturnoutseal:checkifthetonguerailandstockrail,frograilandwingrailarestatic

macrosealed.Afterlockingtheturnout,insertapluggaugetocheckthetipofthetonguerailtothefirst

tractionpointtoallowagapof≤0.5mm,andtherestofthegapof≤1mm.

②with1mmpluggaugeinsertedtocheckthetonguerailwaistandtopirongap1mm.

③turnoutcrawlcheck:checkthescale,tonguerailcrawl≤20mm.

④hangingplateinspection:1mmpluggaugecanbeinsertedintothebottomofthetonguerail,indicating

thatthehangingplate;tonguerailhangingplatecannotbemorethan3piecesinarow.

⑤pinabsenteeismcheck:checkthegrindingmarksontheconnectionsurfacebythepluggaugeto

judge,indicatingthatthepinholeabsenteeismoftherodis≤0.5mm,andtheotherpinholeabsenteeism

is≤1mm.

⑥Oilpipeinspection:oilpipe,oilpipeprotectionchannelsteelandthemainandsecondarymachine

connectionwithoutoiltraces,oilpipebendingradius≥150mm,oilpipewithoutlargecrack,protection

channelsteeliswellfixed,oilpipeoutletwithanti-frictionmeasures.
