Abstract
As a kind of new and highly efficient mass transfer equipment, the super gravity machine has been widely used in the field of chemical separation and preparation of nano materials. High precision removal of hydrogen sulfide from low concentration gas by high gravity wet process is expected to replace the traditional dry process. Can be widely used in gas, gas, and other industrial gases in the desulfurization. High gravity technology energy efficient removal of high concentration system in high concentration, such technical indicators and the running cost is the traditional technology of desulfurization tower fell far short of the; high precision removal from natural gas hydrogen sulfide technology, basically reached the dry desulfurization effect, but its economy and technology refers to indicate significantly better than dry technology. Therefore, there is reason to believe that high gravity apparatus can be widely used in natural gas, refinery gas, synthesis gas, gas and other gas hydrogen sulfide removal, will bring obvious economic benefit and social benefit.
This article is in collecting hyper gravity machine in a rotating packed bed (RPB) design, calculation, analysis and use of data base, with reference to the now high gravity machine the design theory and method, to complete the structural design of high gravity machine.
