HMMM共混改性水性聚氨酯Preparation and characterization of modified HMMM alloying waterborne polyurethane

Abstract:Waterborne Polyurethane(WPU) were synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyethyleas basic raw materials , through the different proportions of HMMM to synthesize HMMM alloyed modified polyurethane , Peel strength , Mechanical properties testing , thermal properties , water-fast , solvent resistance was used to study the effects made by the type of HMMM on the performance of the film were also discussed. The results showed that compared with unmodified , comprehensive performance improved after blending modification. The tensile strength of YWPU is 11.32MPa when the degree of alloyking was above 6% , The tensile strength of FWPU is 14.23MPa when the degree of alloying was above 10%.

引言
自上世纪30年代聚氨酯出现以来,它的应用领域不断拓展,从最初的军事应用到现在军事、工业、农业、航天、医学、建筑等领域的应用[1]。但是由于聚氨酯中亲水基团的存在,耐水性、耐溶剂性和耐热性相对较差,限制了其应用[2]。对聚氨酯进行交联处理,是提高聚氨酯产品的性能的方法之一,最常用的方法是在聚氨酯中加入部分三官能团和更多官能团,后晓慧通过红外光谱和核磁共振光谱分析知:含N- 羟甲基基团的树脂初期缩合物一般都可以用于水性聚氨酯的交联剂,用于水性树脂的交联剂主要以三聚氰胺- 甲醛树脂为主,尤其以三甲氧基亚甲基三聚氰胺树脂(TMMM)和六甲氧基亚甲基三聚氰胺树酯(HMMM)为主,形成网状结构来提高交联度抑制水分子向共聚物链段的渗透[3- 4]。HMMM中具有类似芳香族的六圆环的结构相当与苯环,具有芳香性且整个分子结构很对称,六官能度高,交联具程度大,其交联过程是经济的、快速的[5- 6]。
王震用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯或聚醚二醇、二羟甲基丙酸 (DMPA)等为原料,采用阴离子自乳化法合成水性聚氨酯乳液,用六甲氧基亚甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMMM)改性水性聚氨酯,结果表明:当烷氧基和羧基的比例为0.6时,拉伸强度最大达41.3MPa[7]。Suzana M. Caki′ca 等通过HMMM交联改性阴离子水性聚氨酯,探讨了两种系列胶粘剂的最佳使用压力、温度,粘接强度和热稳定性,结果表明粘接强度随着HMMM含量增大而增加[8]。Mohammad Mizanur Rahman 等报道了HMMM交联改性WPU胶粘剂,对其结构表征及探讨其粘接性能HMMM与WPU主链上的羧酸盐基团发生交联强度和耐热性提高在有效添加范围内HMMM能够增加WBPU的粘接性能。(MDEA)(BDO)HMMM树脂的合成(2)水性聚氨酯的合成
