TheRY2001-ADJseriesarehighlyprecise,lownoise,positivevoltageLDOregulatorsmanufacturedusingCMOS

processes.Theseriesachieveshighripplerejectionandlowdropoutandconsistsofastandardvoltagesource,an

errorcorrection,currentlimiterandaphasecompensationcircuitplusadrivertransistor.Externaloutputfeedback,

customerscaneasilygettherequiredvoltage.Inordertomaketheloadcurrentdoesnotexceedthecurrentcapacity

oftheoutputtransistor,built-inover-currentprotection,overtemperatureprotectionandshortcircuitprotection.
