PAGE I PAGE I 铝活塞机械加工工艺设计及夹具设计 PAGE PAGE 1 本 科 毕 业 论 文(设 计) 论文题目:铝活塞机械加工工艺设计及夹具 设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是通过对铝活塞的结构特点、加工工序等各方面的大致分析,所设计出的一套关于铝活塞的机械加工工艺和夹具设计的设计方案。确定了零件的生产方式、铝活塞的工序加工余量以及切削用量,制定了加工工艺方案。在加工时,还要充分保证我们所加工的外圆φ以及内孔φ的尺寸。因此,我们在进行工序的安排时,我们要先以大的φ71的外圆经过粗定位将其夹紧之后,再车削加工的φ60的外圆。首先,我们制定了两套不同的加工方案,我们通过对加工方案的分析,得出最优的加工方案进行设计,加工方案中所涉及到的各种问题,是我们这次毕业设计所重点描述的内容,其中涉及了很多需要我们计算的内容。这次毕业设计着重于对于铝活塞的力学性能和工艺等方面性能的分析,来确定合理的毛坯件和加工方法,并设计出合理又方便的夹具,最终加工出我们所需要的铝活塞零件。 关键词: 铝活塞;夹具;工艺;定位装置 论文类型:工程设计 PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE II Abstract This?graduation?project?is?through?the?aluminum?piston?structure?characteristics,?processing?procedures?and?other?aspects?of?the?general?analysis,?the?design?of?a?set?of?aluminum?piston?machining?technology?and?fixture?design?design?scheme.The?production?mode?of?the?parts,?the?processing?allowance?and?cutting?amount?of?the?aluminum?piston?were?determined,?and?the?processing?technology?scheme?was?formulated.In?processing,but?also?fully?that?we?processed?the?outer?φ60+0.06?and?the?inner?hole?φ24+0.05?of?the?size?.Therefore,?when?we?are?in?the?process?of?arrangement,we?want?to?first?big?φ71?of?the?outer?circle?after?rough?positioning?will?be?clamped,?then?turning?processing?we?need?to?process?the?outer?circle?of?φ60,?this?step?we?try?to?form?at?the?same?time.First?of?all,?we?designed?two?sets?of?processing?scheme,?we?through?the?analysis?of?the?processing?scheme,?out?of?the?optimal?processing?scheme?design,?processing?scheme?involved?in?the?various?problems,?is?our?graduation?design?focus?on?the?description?of?the?content,?There?is?a?lot?of?calculation?to?analyze?the?mechanical?performance?and?process?performance?of?the?aluminum?piston,?and?determine?the?reasonable?blanks?and?processing?methods,?and?design?a?reasonable?and?convenient?fixture,?you?have?to?finish?the?aluminum?piston?parts.
