第十三届全国科普理论研讨会暨首届海峡两岸科普论坛 建设文化大省要奏响科普文化主旋律 黄丹斌 (汕头市科普研究会 广东汕头 515036) 摘 要 广东省及有关省份建设文化大省的战略构想，是现代社会发展的要求，代表着先进文化方向的必然，确保经济长久不衰，提前实现小康，构筑和谐社会的根本。这一号角，在科普界荡起阵阵涟漪，深感繁荣科普文化，提升科技文化，责任重大。作为文化主流的科技文化，更要在文化建设中开拓创新，勇于突破，善于跨越，要高起点，严要求，创品位。文章提出“建设文化大省要奏响科普文化主旋律”的新论点，以辩证的观点，从科技文化和人文文化的历史姻缘、现代鸿沟，以及后现代社会的融合呼声上，论述科普在文化建设中的地位和作用。并从文化视角上，阐明科学技术普及和传播，本质是科普文化建设的新理念，派生出科普文化是现代文化建设和先进文化的重要组成部分，既是基础，又是主导，以此佐证文化建设必须奏响科普文化主旋律。如何以科普文化推动现代文化的发展，笔者从科普传播的八个方面，提出创新突破新举措，力求以科普文化的新跨越推动文化大省建设： ①树立大文化观念，实现整合资源新突破；②创新博物馆格局，实现教育功能新突破；③创高品位旅游业，实现科普旅游新突破；④营造文化大氛围，实现影视广场新突破；⑤造就民族想像力，实现科幻产品新突破；⑥健全传播新网络，实现网络科普新突破；⑦科普频道独立性，实现电视频道新突破；⑧社区舞台主题化，实现社区文化新突破。 关键词 主旋律 科普文化 奏响 文化大省建设 The strategic scheme of constructing a culturally-strong province, forwarded by Guangdong and other provinces, represents the requirement of modern society development and signals the inevitable direction of advanced culture. It is also fundamental to ensure the sustainable economic development, the early realization of a well-off society and the construction of a harmonized community. The trumpet has caused ripples in the PST sector, which come to acknowledge the significant tasks of promoting science and technology. Science and technology, as the mainstream of culture, need to be creative and innovative in the culture construction and have the courage to make breakthroughs, from a higher starting point and following more stringent rules. This article argues that PST should be the melody in the construction of a culturally-strong province. It comprises dialectics and cites the historical relationship and the modern gulf between science and human studies, to illustrate the role and status of PST in culture construction. From the cultural angle, the article clarifies that the popularization and dissemination of science and technology is virtually the construction of PST culture.
