分类号 密级 U D C 姓 名: 专 业: 班 级: 学 号: 指导教师: 论文外文题目:Multi-National Corporations localization strategy and its implementation 论文主题词: 外文主题词:Multi-National CorporationLocalization Management 论文答辩日期:2012.6.3. 答辩委员会主席: 评阅教师: 摘 要 随着世界经济的蓬勃发展,经济全球化趋势的加强,跨国公司成为国际活动中的重要经济力量,深刻影响着世界经济、政治和社会生活。随着世界经济形势的变化,跨国公司也在不断调整自己的发展战略,以期适应甚至领导世界经济的发展潮流。由于不同国家、不同民族、不同的经济和消费结构以及不同的文化背景具有市场差异性,跨国公司在全球战略指导下,因地制宜实施本土化经营策略。本土化经营策略成为跨国公司实施其全球化战略而采取的必要策略之一。 近年来,跨国公司逐渐将中国视为其全球战略的重要一环,开始在中国积极推行本土化战略,包括生产、营销、科研开发等各方面。许多跨国公司在中国的本土化经营都取得了良好的效果,不仅效益不断提高,而且在中国也建立了良好的企业形象和品牌形象,大大提高了自己在国际市场上的竞争力。但是,也有一些跨国企业在中国的本土化经营困难重重。本文将紧扣经济全球化这一时代背景,综合运用跨国公司理论、战略管理理论和企业管理理论,以数据事实作为切入点,结合具有代表意义的典型案例进行分析,对跨国公司在华的本土化经营进行系统研究。同时,针对跨国公司运营的每个具体环节,为中国的跨国企业提供一些启示和借鉴。 关键词:跨国公司 本土化 经营 ABSTRACT As the world’s economy and economic globalization are dynamically developing, transnational corporations have played an important role in the world, which widely influences economy,polities and social life of the world. With the constantly changing situation of the world, TNCs have been adjusting their development strategies to the trend of the world’s development .Due to different consumption structure and different cultures in different countries, TNCs have to carry out localization strategies in host countries, which have become an indispensable part of global strategies. In the recent years, MNCs regard China as an essential part of their global strategies, and launch localization strategy positively in China, including production, marketing and research. Lots of MNCs run business well in China. They not only make large profits, but also set up a creditable image of both enterprise and products. And it really enhances their international competition.
