摘 要 带式输送机自它诞生以来,经过200多年不断完善和改进,已进入电力,冶金,煤炭,化工,矿山,港口等各行各业之中。其机构简单,输送物料范围广,输送量大,运距长,对线路适应性强,装卸料十分方便,可靠性高,营运费低廉,基建投资省,耗能低,效率高,维修费少。本设计是对输送带的改造,主要是通过添加线摩擦驱动装置。本论文中主要介绍:首先,对输送带的组成,工作原理和相关参数进行了简单的介绍;其次是介绍线摩擦驱动原理及相关计算原理;最后部分是改造设计计算和校验。本设计中对比了输送带改造中常用的几种方案,最后确定采用用线摩擦驱动装置。设计中主要涉及:胶带的选型(织物层),胶带的检验,辅机长度计算和位置的确定,及辅机的组成! 本次带式输送机设计代表了计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。 关键字:输送带,电动机,摩擦。 Abstract The belt conveyer with continue development and improvement has entered all trades and professions such as power, metallurgy, coal, chemical engineering, mine and port since being born for more than 200 years. Its construction is simple , it is broad to transport stockscope, it is big to transport quantity, the length of haul distancehas strong adaptability for line, handling material is very convenient, reliability is high , it can reduce investment inbasicconstruction, high efficiency, low maintenance cost.Theaimofthisdesign is to alter the conveyor belt, mainly throughaddingthelinefriction drive equipment. What is mainly introduced in the present paper is as followed: First, to introduce the composition of conveyor belt, the work principle and the correlated parameter. Second, to introduce the principle of line friction drive and the correlated calculation principle. Finally,to transform the design calculation and verify it. In this design several kind of plans are contrasted which are used to transform the conveyor belt, finally the line friction drive equipment is determined to use with. The design mainly involves: the choosing of adhesive tape (fabric level), the examination of adhesive tape, the length calculation of auxiliary engine and position determination,and auxiliary engine composition! The design is a graduation project about the belt conveyor. At first, it is introduction about the belt conveyor. Next, it is the principles about choose component parts of belt conveyor.
