基于视觉与触觉的食品包装设计——以蜂蜜包装为例生物与食品工程学院 食品与科学工程 指导老师:殷勤摘 要随着人们生活水平的提高,食品的包装形式越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是食品的包装设计在一定程度上就决定了该产品的销售量,因此,食品企业也更加注重食品包装设计[1]。 现今,食品企业最有效且成本低的传播媒体当然是优秀的包装设计,对于优秀的食品包装设计其创意不仅要新颖、有个性而且还要符合感官要求,如将视觉、触觉设计运用到食品包装中,这也将给食品增加卖点,更加人性化。本课题主要从视觉与触觉角度出发研究食品包装设计,并且以蜂蜜的包装为例,分别介绍国内外蜂蜜包装的研究现状分析以及视觉与触觉设计在蜂蜜包装中是如何表现的?产生怎样的效果?最后依据设计方法设计出蜂蜜包装设计。基于视觉与触觉包装设计突破传统单一的视觉表达形式,具有生动形象、功能性强、时尚感强的新时代包装特点和优势。本课题通过对基于视觉与触觉的蜂蜜包装设计的研究,学习国内外优秀的理论数据和设计方法,设计出符合现代人需求的蜂蜜包装。关键词食品包装;蜂蜜包装;视觉;触觉;设计ABSTRACTWith the improvement of peoples living standards, food packaging more and more concern, especially for food packaging design to some extent determines the products sales, so food companies pay more attention to food packaging design [1].
