摘要本次本科毕业设计的题目为1.5万吨/日印染厂废水处理工程初步设计,主要任务是完成该印染厂废水处理的平面布置、高程布置和各处理构筑物的初步设计。初步设计需要完成设计说明书一份,污水处理厂平面布置图1张、污水处理构筑物高程布置图1张、单体构筑物图3张。该印染厂废水排放规模为15000m3/d,进水水质为:CODcr=680mg/L,BOD5=140mg/L,SS=100mg/L,色度=150倍。本次设计所选择的处理工艺是普通厌氧反应池+生物接触氧化法。因为它处理价格低,去除率高,出水水质好,微生物浓度高,污泥产量少,本设计由三部分组成:设计任务书,设计说明书,设计计算书。污水处理厂处理后的出水水质执行《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)新建企业直接排放标准。关键词:印染制品废水,普通厌氧反应池,生物接触氧化法AbstractThe graduation design topic for 15000 tons/day of dyeing wastewater treatment engineering preliminary design, the main task is to finish the dyeing waste water plane arrangement, vertical arrangement and the processing of the preliminary design of structures.A preliminary design to complete the design specification, sewage treatment plant floor plan and arrangement plan of the sewage disposal structure elevation for one piece respectively, Three monomer structure figures. After processing the waste water from sewage treatment plant, the water reached the new enterprise direct emissions standardthat is Discharge standards waterpollutants textileindustry (GB4287-2012) new build industry.Keyword: printing and dyeing products wastewater,Common anaerobic reaction pool, Biological contact oxidation method引  言印染废水中含有油脂、氨基酸类、表面活性剂、染料及多种助剂等多种有机污染成分,其色度、COD、NH3 -N 含量高,可生化性差,大量外排会严重污染环境。从我国印染废水治理技术的现状来看,尽管经过多年的努力,已取得一批实用技术,解决了不少问题,但是总体上并没有实质性的突破,特别是产业结构以及工厂布局等不合理因素的存在加重了废水治理的难度,印染废水的污染物大部分为有机物,印染中染料可以吸收光线,降低水体透明度,对水生生物和微生物造成影响,不利于水体自净,同时造成视觉上的污染,给环境构成较大的破坏,而且随着技术的进步,其中某些工艺导致了污染的加重。因此,搞好印染废水的处理是十分重要的。1污水处理
