黄连须根浸提液对莴苣、绿豆和白菜的化感效应 王亚麒 陈丹梅 袁玲 西南大学 资源环境学院,重庆 400716 摘要:试验以莴苣、绿豆和白菜为材料,研究了黄连须根浸提液(extracts from fibrous roots of Coptis chinensis, ERC)200 mg·L-1)的ERC处理种子后,三种供试作物种子发芽率、发芽指数无显着变化,但种子的活力指数降低,幼苗的生物量和根系活力显著下降;随着浓度加大(>400 mg·L-1800 mg·L-1时,根尖向上卷曲而离开ERC溶液,根毛消失,根系畸形且颜色变褐,叶片硝酸还原酶和叶绿素合成减少,抑制幼苗生长。ERC对莴苣种子发芽和幼苗生长抑制作用大于绿豆和白菜。因此,在集约化种植黄连的土壤中,可能造成莴苣、绿豆和白菜等后季作物减产。 关键词: 黄连;浸提液;蔬菜;化感效应 Allelopathic effects of the extracts from fibrous roots of Coptis chinensis on Compositae, Vigna radiate and Brassica rapa pekinensis Abstract: The allelopathic effects of the extracts from fibrous roots of Coptis chinensis(ERC) on seed germination and seedling growth were studied with Compositae, Vigna radiate and Brassica rapa pekinensis in order to alleviate the allelopathic effects of this medicinal plants and to maintain the sustainable productivity of land after the cultivation of Coptis chinensis. The seeds of the three plants were cultured in the plates with various concentrations of ERC for recoding germination rate, young seedling growth and related physiological indexes. The result showed no significant effects of ERC in low concentrations (200 mg·L-1) on seed germination, including the rate, index, and vitality in contrast to biomass and root vitality which decreased greatly in this case. As the concentrations of ERC increased (400 mg·L-1), however, starch and protein hydrolysis was inhibited and free amino acids, soluble sugars and soluble phosphorus were decreased in the seeds, resulting in poor seed germination. When ERC reached 800 mg·L-1, roots deformed concomitant with brown color, root hair disappearance, and curling up of root tips to leave the ERC solutions. Nitrate reductase activities and chlorophyll concentrations were also decreased in the leaves at same time. As a result, the growth of the young seedlings was stunted and stronger inhibition of ERC on Compositae was observed than Vigna radiate and Brassica rapa pekinensis.
