5-HT 能神经通路参与偏头痛的机制研究进展

摘要:偏头痛是一种常见的复杂性神经系统疾病。研究证实,下行抑制/易化系统的 5-HT 能神经通路通过分布在三叉神
经血管痛觉通路各级结构上不同亚型的 5-HT 受体,介导了下行抑制/易化系统中抑制和易化疼痛的双重调痛作用,与偏
头痛病理生理机制的形成及治疗密切相关。本文拟对与偏头痛相关的 5-HT 受体亚型进行综述,以期为临床治疗偏头痛提
供新思路。

Research Progress of the Mechanism of 5-HT Neural Pathway on Migraine

ABSTRACT: Migraine is a common and complex brain disorder. Studies found that 5-HT neurons arising from descending
inhibition and/or facilitation systems involved in the pathophysiology and treatment of migraine by activating different 5-HT
receptor subtypes located at trigeminal neurovascular pain pathways, which mediated the dual role, facilitating and/or inhibiting
pain. In this review, we briefly describe the different 5-HT receptors associated with migraine, attempt to provide new insights
into the clinical prevention and treatment of migraine.
