本科毕业论文 改性再生HDPE/沙柳木塑复合 材料拉伸和弯曲性能研究 学 院:材料科学与艺术设计 专 业:材料科学与工程 学 号:120813783 姓 名:许创辉 指导教师:李奇 职 称:副教授 论文提交日期:二О一六年六月 摘 要 本研究是通过单因素实验法,考察CPE、ACR、玻璃纤维和废旧橡胶加入量对HDPE/沙柳木塑复合材料的静曲强度、弹性模量和拉伸强度等力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:0%<CPE加入量≤4%时,可提高拉伸强度,而静曲强度和弹性模量会随CPE(0<CPE加入量≤10%)的增加而降低;0%<ACR添加量≤2%,可提高拉伸强度,但静曲强度和弹性模量会随ACR(0<CPE加入量≤8%)的增加而降低;0%<玻璃纤维加入量≤5%时,会降低提高静曲强度、弹性模量和拉伸强度会降低,在玻璃纤维加入量>5%后,会在一定范围内(5%<玻璃纤维加入量≤15%)随玻璃纤维加入量的增加而增加;废旧橡胶是在一定范围内(0<废旧橡胶加入量≤15%),会随废旧橡胶的加入量的增加静曲强度、弹性模量和拉伸强度会出现不同程度的降低和减小。 关键词:HDPE 沙柳木粉 改性剂 木塑复合材料 力学性能 Abstract This study is a single factor experiment to investigate the influence CPE, ACR, glass fiber and waste rubber addition on the mechanical properties of HDPE / MOR Salix wood-plastic composite material, the elastic modulus and tensile strength and the like. The results showed that: 0% When CPE amount ≤4%, can improve the tensile strength, but the bending strength and elastic modulus will vary CPE (0 CPE amount ≤10%) is increasing; 0% ACR amount of ≤2%, can improve the tensile strength, but the bending strength and elastic modulus decrease with ACR (0 CPE amount ≤8%) increase; 0% glass fiber is added when the amount of ≤5% will be reduced to improve the bending strength, modulus of elasticity and tensile strength will be reduced after the addition of glass fiber 5%, it will be (5% glass fiber amount ≤15%) with the addition of glass fibers within a certain range the increases; scrap rubber is within a certain range (0 scrap rubber amount ≤15%), will be added in an amount of waste rubber with increased bending strength, modulus of elasticity and tensile strength will be reduced to varying degrees and reduced.
