For example, it uses widely for shell products of mobile phone, of MP4, of Computers,?of car dashboards, and of other products. Nowadays, about 32 percent of plastic is manufactured by injection molding process, so injection molding?process?is an important?forming method. This thesis?is to study?and design?the equipment of the Injection molding?process. The important is?the design of?injection molding machine?injection device, including screw-type plasticizing device design, screw?transmission?design and injection-seat?design. Finally,?major the?applications of CAD?software in the mold?design process.
