重庆邮电大学本科毕业设计（论文） - II - 重庆邮电大学本科毕业设计（论文） - I - 摘 要 随着社会的不断进步，人们的生活的质量不断提高。我们周围的一些特殊人群的生活质量也需要提高。例如我们的盲人朋友，他们也需要与人沟通，与人沟通最好的方法就是电话，看不到电话的键盘，无法进行拨号是一道障碍阻隔了他们的沟通。虽然无法看见按键通过按键拨号，但是盲人除了看不见以外其他都是正常的，如果他们只需要通过说出几个字，或者几个号码就能够拨通号码的话，所有的问题都迎刃而解了，这时，这个语音拨号系统就非常合适了。 语音识别系统是通过语言信号的预处理，提取，训练，匹配，后处理的过程来实现语音识别的。在此期间运用了MATLAB对声音信号的滤波，加窗，加重等处理。并且用MATLAB对处理信号的几种算法进行对比，透过效果的比较采用效果最好的算法对语音库进行训练和语音库的建立；语音识别的结果分析。 利用凌阳SPCE061A的实验开发板建立一个语音拨号系统，能够实现语音输入0~9的数字，输出所预定的号码。此系统市场前景广阔，有很好的开发研究利用价值。其拓展功能还可以延伸至提醒功能，比如，语音输入某个训练好的声音信号，就会经过识别得到相对应的预先设定好的声音资源，以实现电子提醒功能的语音系统装置。而该系统还有很多值得拓展的功能，以及需要完善的地方。 【关键词】 SPCE061A 语音识别 MATLAB处理语音信号 语音拨号  ABSTRACT With the development of society, people’s life quality become very improves. There are some special people need improve their quality of life. Such as the blind people, they need to communicate with their friends. The best way to communicate is the telephone, but they can’t see the keys of the telephone, it like a parclose stop the blind people from communication. Although they can’t see anything, they can speak like we normal. If they dial the phone number by speak several words or several numbers. All problems would be solved. Now the voice dialing system is very appropriate. Speech recognition system recognizes the speech signal by pretreatment, extraction, training, matching, post-processing. While we use the MATLAB to the filter, add window, aggravating the speech signal. Then use the MATLAB to compare the several algorithms. We take the best performance to build the sound library, and train the library, and analysis result. We use the Sunplus SPCE061A to build the voice dialing system, it can speech input 0 ~ 9 number, and then output predetermined number. This system has a wide prospect of market, and good development and research value. its expand function will extend to remind function.
