电厂锅炉组通用轴流式引风机简介热能与动力工程 ****** 指导教师: ****************摘要本次设计的主要任务是通过对给定流量和压力参数进行分析,设计一台大型普通轴流式通风机。本文设计的通风机前导叶是可调的和叶轮机构不可调,叶轮轮毂采用直筒式。前导叶可调不仅可以大大扩大运行工作范围,而且可以显著提高变工况下的效率。直筒型轮毂结构简单,容易制造,易保证通道表面的平滑,不宜产生分离气流。本次设计主要是对普通轴流式通风机的结构进行设计,特别是对一些关键部位进行设计计算和强度校核。重点是通风机的叶片和叶轮以及导叶的设计,及叶片和轮毂的强度校核。叶片的强度校核在本设计中,只需要对叶片根部进行强度校核即可,安全系数s≥2。对叶片固定的轮毂均应进行强度校核。采用近似计算。安全系数为s≥2。关键词:轴流式通风机;气动力设计;强度校核。 AbstractThe main task is to design a large-scale rotor blade adjustable ordinary axial mineral fan through the analysis of the current capacity and the pressure parameter. The rotor blade adjustable organization is applied in the ventilator designed in the article. The moving impeller hub is straight -like. The rotor blade adjustable organization not only may expand the operating region greatly, but also may obviously enhance the efficiency under the changing operating mode. The straight wheel hub structure is simple, easy to make, easy to guarantee that the channel surface is smooth, and won’t easy to produce the separated air current.The article mainly carries on the design of the two level of ordinary axial fans structure, especially on the designing calculation and the intensity examination to some essential spots. The key point is the design of the ventilators rotor blades and the moving impellers as well as guide vanes, and the intensity examination of moving vanes and wheel hubs.In this article only the root of the rotor blade need to be carried on the intensity examination. Safety coefficient is s≥2. The intensity examination should carry on to the leaf blade fixed wheel hub. Use the approximate calculation. The safety coefficient is s≥2.Key words: axial fan; aerodynamic design; intensity examination一:前言通风机是电厂的能耗设备,轴流式通风机主要由进风口、工作轮、整流器、主体风筒、扩散器和传动轴等部件组成,它的主要原理是风机运转时,空气沿着风机的轴向方向进入叶轮,被叶片挤压向前推动,经扩散器排出(轴向进入,轴向流出),其主要特点,结构紧凑,便于调节风量、风压,但构造复杂,较难维护。叶轮是由固定在轴上的轮毂和以一定角度安装其上的叶片组成。叶片的形状为中空梯形,横断面为翼形。沿高度方向可做成扭曲形,以消除和减小径向流动。叶轮的作用是增加空气的全压。叶轮有一级和二级两种。二级叶轮产生的风压是一级两倍。整流器安装在每级叶轮之后,为固定轮。其作用是整直由叶片流出的旋转气流,减小动能和涡流损
