Design of light truck drive axle
ABSTRACT
In the automobile manufacturing industry, the light truck occupies a large proportion,the advantages and disadvantages of the drive bridge is the impact to the vehicle economy, safety and comfort.In order to adapt to the current truck speed, high efficiency demand, the drive bridge must be a simple structure, strong reliability, low cost of the body.A good drive bridge, able to reduce the cost of production of the car, light truck drive axle has a certain practical significance.
In the design, first to analyze the driving bridge in various parts of the main principles and structure types, then according to the existing drive bridge of the advantages to be learning design suitable for the needs of the driving bridge structure: using a single-stage main reducer, differential planetary gear, full floating axle and Integral drive axle housing.The traditional method is used to design the main reducer, differential, half axle and drive axle housing, and then the parameters are calculated and checked.Finally, use AutoCAD software to complete the design drawings.
