我国稀土出口及其发展问题初探 学生姓名： 蒋亚超 学生学号： 20084010307 院（系）： 国际经济与贸易学院 年级专业： 2008级国际经济与贸易 我国稀土出口及其发展问题初探 蒋亚超 Rare earth exports and its development in China Jiang,Yachao 2012年4月3日 摘要 近年来，我国稀土出口在国际上面临越来越多的问题，有许多的方面需要我们进行研究和探讨。 本文集中阐述了中国稀土分布，结合国情和全球市场分析，讨论了稀土的生产，及其出口问题。全面的剖析了稀土如今的发展现状，并对未来稀土的出口前景提出了个人的看法，并作出了预测。 本文系运用规范研究方法进行的专题研究。 全文分五个部分首先分析中国稀土现状，如分布情况，发展现状等，从概括的角度来全面了解了中国稀土行业大体状况。 然后，剖析世界稀土概况，从供求，资源分配等方面分析了世界稀土概况。 接着，从市场分析的角度，分析了我国稀土市场发展状况，市场格局等，重点从稀土产业的整合，了解我国稀土市场格局；从稀土产业的由过去的石油化工等转化为高科技如永磁材料、添加剂等市场应用方面，了解了我国稀土市场发展状况。 最后根据上文三个部分的分析，阐述了稀土市场发展遇到的出口过大，国内市场混乱，国外反制政策，人才培养等问题、 并列出了控制出口配额，加大科研投入，健全产业体质等措施、成效，并对其未来做出展望 本文的主要创新体现在对稀土的分析加入了稀土现今热点问题，不仅仅从国内或者国外第一市场，而是全面剖析了其市场现状及其发展。直观的说明了我国稀土出口发展面临的问题，提出了人才培养作为解决稀土市场问题办法之一的观点。对稀土市场的未来发展，做出了自己的展望。 关键词：资源分配；产业的整合；出口配额 Abstract In recent years, Chinas rare earth exports in the international face more and more problems, there are many aspects need we studied and discussed. This paper focused on Chinas rare earth distribution, according to its actual conditions and global market analysis, discusses the production of rare earth, and its exports. The comprehensive analysis of the rare earth now development present situation, and the future of the rare earth export prospects are put forward the individual opinion, and has made the forecast. This article is normative research method using the research project. Full text is divided into five parts first analysis of the present situation of rare earth, such as distribution, development situation and so on, from the point of view of the general learned all about the Chinese rare earth industry in general. And then, this article analyzes the general situation of the world of rare earth, from supply and demand, and resource allocation are analyzed in terms of rare earth world situation.
