米钻井绞车传动系统结构设计.doc

摘 要
绞车是整个钻机的核心部件,是钻机三大工作机之一,直接决定着钻机钻进能力。钻机绞车具有起下钻具、下套管、控制钻压、送进钻具、处理卡钻事故、整体起放井架等功能。针对机械传动绞车体积大、质量重、结构复杂等缺点,很难较好地满足新型钻井工艺的要求,本文对 JC40DB 绞车传动系统进行了设计,克服了传统机械驱动绞车的不足
本文首先对绞车做整体结构设计,设计工程中充分考虑钻井工艺对绞车的总体要求,满足API相应规范和行业标准要求。在确定 JC40DB绞车传动系统方案和参数的基础上,对 JC40DB 绞车传动系统的结构进行设计,并在Solidworks 中对其进行三维建模;然后,采用材料力学方法对绞车进行强度分析,保证满足强度安全需要。

Abstract
In drilling three working machine, winch is the core component of the drilling rig,and directly determines the capacity of which drilling rig. It has the functions of dismounting drill tools,running casings,controlling drilling pressure,handling jamming accident,as well as raising/lowering mast and substructure.For traditional mechanical drive winch’s shortcomings of big volume, quality heavy and complex structure, it is difficult to better meet the equirements of new drilling technologies. JC40DB winch transmission system is designed in this paper. It overcomes shortcomings of mechanical drive winch.
In this paper,it has been first done that to design the overall structure of the drawworks,in which the general requirements is fully considered asked for drilling engineering process to the drawworks,the design principles is put forward to meet industry standards correspond to norms and the corresponding API.On the basis of determining the JC40DB drawwork transmission system scheme and parameters, the structure of JC40DB winch transmission system is designed, and its three-dimensional modeling is established in Solidworks.Then,the mechanical method is used for strength analysis of the drawworks to ensure the strength to meet security needs.
