第14卷 第2期 矿 冶 Vo1．14．NO．2 2005年6月 MINING ＆ METALLURGY June 2005 文章编号：1005—7854(2005)02—0028—05 高悬浮物选矿废水处理技术研究与工程实践 许国强 (湖南有色金属研究院，长沙410015) 摘 要：介绍了一种超稳定、微细粒高悬浮物选矿废水处理的试验研究和工程实例。针对废水水质的 特点，提出了先使胶体脱稳后絮凝沉降的工艺流程及相关技术参数。本文论述了该废水处理的基本原 理；通过试验筛选出了胶体脱稳剂和絮凝剂，确定了最佳药剂制度和工艺流程；并简要介绍了结合现场 情况所实施的工程设计。该项目自2004年8月底运行以来，系统一直运转正常，出水水质稳定．各项指 标远低于污水综合排放一级标准。工程实践表明，该技术具有工艺简单、投资省、效果好等优点，并对类 似的矿山废水处理具有推广价值。 关键词：选矿废水；胶体脱稳；絮凝沉降；废水处理 中图分类号：X753．03 文献标识码：A STUDY oN TREATMENT oF SUSPENS10N WASTEWATER FRoM MINERAL PRoCESSING AND ITS PRACTICE X Guo-qia ng (Hunan Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals，Changsha 410015，Hunan，China) ABSTRACT：The treatment of high concentration suspension wastewater discharged from mineral processing and its practice were discussed in this paper．Based on the characteristics hold by the wastewater，a technology that treating the water with flocculation process after free of the collod stability was suggested along with the re— lating technical parameters．The stability eliminating agent and flocculant were screened out through tests，deter— mining the optimum reagent scheme and technique flowsheet．The paper also discussed briefly the engineering design relating the site conditions．The treatment has been running smoothly since the end of August of the year of 2004 when it came into use，with the performances index far below the first standard of sewage drainage．The engineering practice showed that the technology featured the advantages in terms of it simple in flowsheet，low in investment and good in effect．The technology could be valuable in popularizing to the Mine of the like where the
