PE400×600复摆颚式破碎机结构设计 摘 要 国内使用的颚式破碎机类型很多，但最常见的还是传统的复摆颚式破碎机。复摆颚式破碎机的出现已有百余年的历史，经过长期的实践和改进，其结构和参数已趋于完善。由于其结构简单、制造容易、工作可靠以及维修方便等优点，在冶金、矿山、建材、化工等行业应用极为广泛。随着社会生产力的发展，各工矿行业对破碎机的性能有了进一步的要求，因此设计符合现代工业生产需要的复摆颚式破碎机具有很大的现实意义。本毕业设计主要是为满足现代工业生产要求而设计的中型复摆颚式破碎机，主要应用于中小企业的粉碎作业。其基本参数如下：进料口尺寸400×600（mm）；最大给矿粒度350（mm）；排矿口调整范围40~160（mm）；生产能力17~115（t/h）。本设计主要内容包括：破碎机工作原理的简要分析、各项工作参数的选择、关键零部件的结构设计。 关键词：复摆颚式破碎机，工作原理，工作参数，结构设计 Machine Structure Design Of PE400 * 600 Jaw Crusher ABSTRACT The domestic use of jaw crusher type many, but the most common is the traditional single toggle jaw crusher.
