First of all, thank you very much, Prof. Liu, for the opportunity you give us. It is a very great pleasure indeed for us to make a conference report on the stage. My name is Jeremy, Chinese name Hebiao, a master student from School of Mechanical Engineering, and our team has five people, two and me in the same academy, the other from School of Transportation. Today, our presentation is “Global Warming”.We will make this presentation from the following aspects. OK, let us take a journey. Venice is a beautiful water city, Venice looks like a dolphin. Maldives, an island country in the Indian Ocean, is famous for its tourism industry. Some beautiful pictures……………………..However, both of the two islands will be covered by water if the global warming continue working or worse after half an century. So, if you want to make a close touch with them, please catch time. Next, my workmates will show some information detailed. Before I explain the term of “Global Warming”, I want to share some pictures to everyone.Right, lets get started. Please?direct?your?attention?to?the?screen. As?you?can?see?from?a set of?photos?of “NASA”, during the past century, the Land-Ocean temperature has risen 0.8 degree Celsius,and the sea level has risen 7 inches. More seriously, the index will continue to rise faster. According to the index of global governance, the average global temperature will be 3.5 degree Celsius above normal by the end of the century.In a report, scientists working for the United Nations concluded that sea levels could rise by 8 to 23 inches by the end of this century.To?return?to?the?main?subject, Global warming is defined as the rise of the average temperature of the Earths near-surface layer of air as well as the oceans, and extends to the projected continuation of that rise.Now, lets switch to the next photo of” CO2 emissions” which from carbon dioxide Information Analysis Center.As can be seen by the figure, Carbon dioxide emissions increase year by year from the middle
